Whilst I don’t have a formal diagnosis, it has been suggested by a number of doctors and therapists that I display many symptoms of ADHD and I can currently going through the formal evaluation process.
In looking for coping mechanisms and ways to improve my concentration and organisation I discovered the How To ADHD youtube channel and it quickly became one of my favorite resources on the subject.
The videos that Jessica produces are incredibly informative and practical and many of the techniques she suggests provide genuine benefit. It’s no surprise that she has had such a meteoric rise. The channel started in January 2016 and today has nearly 200,000 subscribers and close to 10 million views. Having started the project whilst working as a waitress and actress, Jessica now works full time on the channel as a result of huge support on Patreon.
